The National Testing Agency (NTA) released on 23 November the results of the entrance test at the Hindu University of Banaras (BHU) – 2021 for admission to undergraduate (UET) and postgraduate (PET) programs for the academic session 2021-22. Dashboards for UG, PG inputs are available on bhuet.nta.nic.in.

The exams took place September 28-30 and October 1, 3 and 4 in desktop test mode (CBT) / hybrid (tablets) / pen and paper mode (based on OMR).

BHU UET, PET Result 2021: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website – bhuet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on BHU UET / PET 2021 result

Step 3: Enter login credentials – role number / date of birth

Step 4: UET / PET result will appear on screen

Step 5: Download the UET / PET scorecard, print it out for future reference.

In the event of an equal index in the UET (for all courses), the following criteria will be adopted for the inter-se ranking: a) Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained an overall percentage of marks higher on the qualification. However, for admission to BSc and BSc (Hons) Agriculture, overall grades in science subjects will only be taken into account for this purpose. b) In the event that the candidates have equal marks on the examinations, the older candidate will be given preference.

Seats will be reserved for candidates from castes (15 percent) and ranked tribes (7.5 percent) in each course. Admission against these seats will be made on condition that the candidate has passed the qualifying examination and passed the entrance test conducted by the NTA.
